It’s no secret, I’m an intense person. I get easily excited over little and big things. We call people like me “strong personalities.” People with strong personalities often have a hard time getting along or working co-operatively with each other. However we are not lost causes! I have learned how to be calm and laid back. It's fun to be something you usually are not.

I think I tend to be more of a leader but I also go with the flow a lot. Haha. Depends who I'm around I guess!
I had a coworker who was mad at me for a personal reason write a really crappy evaluation of me. Like REALLY bad, and full of pure fiction. My boss (and friend) told me she wrote it... but I couldn't tell her I knew. So I have to face her everyday and pretend to be cheery.. it's hard but I suprise myself at how I've been able to let it go.
Angie, I know how you feel! A relative of mine accused me of plagearism and I was TICKED! I think I blogged about it for two hours to get rid of my frustration!
I think I am a bit of both, I do tend to be the leader at times but at other times I just prefer not to be the center of attraction.... And, I do pretty much get along with anyone & everyone, i actually have never had a difficult time working with anyone, I guess its more to do with the fact that I don't care much...

I'm weird in that I sometimes rise as leader and at other times not, it depends on the dynamic of the group and/or there is someone there I respect more than my own abilities. And again depending on who else is in the group, if they're people I like, I will work VERY well with them, generously etc, but if I don't like someone, I will attempt to be civil but would probably end up passive aggressively freezing them out a little bit. Because I don't really do confrontation, yo!
